Groceries, Medication Pick-Up

• $25 flat rate (1 store/pharmacy, up to 10 km)

• $10 per additional store

• $3.50/km for travel beyond 10 km

Other Quick Errands

(Mail, parcel drop-offs, library returns, dry cleaning, pet supply runs, etc.)

• $20 flat rate

• $3.50/km for travel beyond 10 km

• Pricing applies to Zone 1; additional fees may apply for farther locations (see service area pricing for more information)

Conversation, walks, outings, playing games, emotional support, and more.

• $40/hour

• For appointments that include outings (e.g., walks, errands, or appointments), a $3.50/km outing fee applies beyond the first 10 km.

• 1-hour minimum per appointment

Example:
2-hour visit, outing is 18 km away:
$80 + (8 km × $3.50) = $108

• Base pricing applies to Zone 1; additional fees may apply for farther locations

Ideal for medical appointments or errands. Includes pickup, round trip, and up to 10 km of driving.

• $60 flat rate (up to 1.5 hours, includes 10 km)

• + $3.50/km beyond 10 km

• + $10 for each 15 minutes for wait time beyond 1.5 hours

• 1.5-hour minimum per appointment

Example:
Hospital visit (4 hours total):
$60 base + (2.5 hrs × $40) = $160.00 (plus any extra km)

Zone-Based Surcharge: Covers travel to your home. All base prices reflect Zone 1 locations, with additional surcharges applied for areas outside this zone

We offer support outside regular hours, including late-night services such as MRI or hospital accompaniment.
